Corporate Yoga & Workplace Wellness in East London
With more than a decade spent navigating the pace, stress, and physical strain of busy office life, I know how much teams need practical reset tools during the workday. I understand the tight deadlines, long hours at a desk, and the mental load that can quietly build up across a week. That insight shapes how I design each session: practical, inclusive, and deeply effective for real-world workplaces.
I now guide workplace yoga and breath-based wellness sessions that help teams reconnect with their bodies, reduce stress, and build emotional resilience. Each session is trauma-informed and grounded in nervous system regulation, ideal for supporting wellbeing in modern, often high-pressure work environments.

Corporate Yoga: What You Need to Know
How is corporate yoga different from regular yoga classes?
Corporate yoga classes are specifically designed with the workplace environment and employees’ needs in mind. Moreover, the sessions typically focus on stress relief and can be easily adapted to fit within the time constraints and physical space of an office setting. All sessions are led by a trauma-informed yoga therapist with over 10 years of in-office experience and CPD training in nervous system support.
Can corporate Yoga be done in a small office space?
Absolutely! Office yoga sessions can indeed be customized to fit any space, whether it’s a conference room or a break area. Moreover, the number of participants will vary depending on the space available. Additionally, we can adjust the setup to ensure that everyone can participate comfortably. Consequently, this flexibility allows to create a tailored yoga experience that meets the specific needs of your workspace.
How often should a company schedule corporate Yoga sessions?
The ideal frequency depends on the goals and needs of your organization. For instance, some companies prefer weekly sessions, while others might opt for bi-weekly or monthly classes. Furthermore, I can assist you in determining the most effective frequency by considering your team’s availability and wellness objectives. In addition, I will assess your specific requirements to tailor a schedule that best aligns with your organization’s overall well-being strategy.
How do you ensure that the sessions are inclusive and non-intimidating?
I emphasize a non-competitive and supportive environment in all our corporate yoga sessions. Furthermore, we offer modifications for all poses, which ensures that participants can comfortably engage at their own pace. Additionally, we encourage everyone to listen to their bodies and work within their comfort zones. My approach aims to make yoga both accessible and enjoyable for everyone.
What is a sound bath, and how can it benefit the workplace?
A sound bath uses soothing vibrations from instruments like singing bowls and gongs to reduce stress, improve focus, and promote relaxation. In the workplace, it can enhance employee wellbeing, boost productivity, and create a calmer atmosphere.
How long does a sound bath session last, and is it disruptive?
Sessions typically last 30-40 minutes including 10-15 at the end and at the beginning of guided mediation and gentle stratetches, and are designed to be non-disruptive. They can be held during breaks or as part of wellness workshops.
