
Terms and Conditions
Massage therapy services are for the primary purpose of relaxation and the relief of muscular tension. Massage therapy services are in no way a substitute for examination, diagnosis or treatment by a physician. The therapist is not qualified to diagnose, prescribe or treat any physical or mental illness and is not qualified to perform spinal or skeletal adjustments.
Inappropriate Behaviour
The therapist has the right to terminate a treatment immediately if the client demonstrates inappropriate or sexual behaviour.
Cancellation policy
A booking is confirmed once we have both agreed a date, time, duration and location for a treatment. If a cancellation is made more than 24 hours (48h for massages booked on a therapy room) before a treatment, the client will not be charged.
If a cancellation is made within 24 hours of the treatment, they will be expected to book another treatment within the following 30 days.
The therapist has the right to cancel a treatment by giving 24 hours notice and without any notice if the room or environment is unsuitable for the treatment to be provided, or if the therapist is taken ill.
The therapist commits to rearranging treatments to a new time and date within two weeks of the cancelled treatment where possible.
Payment
I accept payment just via bank transfer.
The treatment must be payed within the 24h following the treatment.
GDPR & Privacy
All clients must complete a health form prior to receiving treatments.
By signing the consultation form, clients are giving permission to hold records and data about them
